Letitia Denniston

Letitia Denniston (c.1775 - 23/8/1863), otherwise Letitia Coll, was probably the daughter of James Denniston. He is given as occupying Kill in the Clements Estate Maps for 1779. A "Miss Denniston", possibly Letitia, is recorded as being the Landlord of Kill in the Ordnance Survey Field Books, 1839. In 1858 she had two houses in Carrigart and was sexton of Church of Ireland church there for 40 years. She was the grand-daughter of Rev. Dr. Theaker Wilder who was Oliver Goldsmith's tutor at Trinity College. She died on Aug 23rd, 1863 aged 88 years.
